5. What file format should I use for my designs?

For the best print quality, we recommend submitting designs in:
✅ PNG (with transparent background)
✅ 300 DPI resolution
✅ CMYK color mode

If you're unsure about your file format, we can assist with minor adjustments.

6. Can you help with design adjustments?

Yes! We offer minor edits and adjustments to ensure your design prints perfectly. If you need a full design service, reach out for a quote.

Production & Shipping

7. How long does it take to process my order?

  • Standard orders: Typically ship within 2-3 business days
  • Rush orders: Available upon request for an additional fee
  • Bulk orders: May require additional time depending on the quantity

8. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in the San Tan Valley, AZ area, you can arrange for local pickup. Contact us to schedule a pickup time.

9. What shipping options do you offer?

We ship orders nationwide using reliable carriers. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Application & Care Instructions

10. How do I apply DTF transfers to garments?

To apply DTF transfers:
1️⃣ Preheat your heat press to 300-325°F (149-163°C)
2️⃣ Press the transfer onto the garment for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure
3️⃣ Peel the film (hot or cold peel, depending on the transfer)
4️⃣ Repress with parchment paper for 5-10 seconds to lock in durability

11. How do I care for garments with DTF prints?

To ensure longevity:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water
✔ Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener)
✔ Tumble dry low or hang dry
✔ Do not iron directly on the print

Returns & Support

12. What is your return policy?

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or printing error on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

13. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us an email at inkjetxpress@outlook.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue ASAP.
