1. Processing Time

1.1. Standard Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Typically ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Bulk orders: May take additional time depending on quantity. Contact us for an estimated timeframe.
  • Rush orders: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

1.2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer nationwide shipping through trusted carriers, with rates based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

🚀 Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional fees apply)
📦 Local Pickup: Available at our San Tan Valley, AZ location by appointment

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery delays due to carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Inkjet Xpress is not responsible for delays or lost shipments.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the provided link.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or delayed:
1️⃣ Check the tracking status with the carrier.
2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
3️⃣ If the package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office.
4️⃣ If the package is damaged upon arrival, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Inkjet Xpress is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance.


6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.


7. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay for reshipping.
  • If you notice an address error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

8. Returns & Refunds on Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
