At Inkjet Xpress, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in providing high-quality DTF transfers and custom T-shirt printing. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, but we do offer returns or refunds under specific conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect file submission (low resolution, wrong size, or color errors)
- Customer application errors (e.g., improper heat pressing techniques)
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please read below for resolution options.
2. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns or provide refunds/replacements in the following cases:
✅ Defective Prints or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives with printing defects or is incorrect due to our mistake, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
✅ Damaged in Transit
- If your order was damaged during shipping, send us clear photos of the damaged package and product within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on the investigation.
✅ Missing Items
- If your order arrives incomplete, notify us immediately, and we will ship the missing items at no additional cost.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If a replacement is offered, we will send the new item at no additional cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and we cannot cancel it.
- Modifications: If you need to update a design or order details, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not entered production.
